TERMS OF SERVICE §1 General §1.1 Spam and inappropriate language is not allowed. §1.2 Any type of advertising is prohibited. §1.3 Any violation of the Community Guidelines and Terms of Services of Discord is strictly prohibited. §1.4 Direct Messages regarding existing support tickets or orders will immediately punished with a permanent ban and no refund of your payment. §1.5 We do not give second chances, anyone violating our rules and terms of service will be subject to the prescribed sanction. §1.6 You are not allowed to use our payment methods for your Customers! Everybody who uses our PayPal to forward Transactions directly to us, will get banned. §2 Support §2.1 Details of support cases and orders must remain private. §2.2 An exact delivery time is not given for any of our products §2.3 We only accept Payments in the currency Euro §2.4 These rules may not encompass every single inappropriate action a user may take. Staff reserves the right to take action, even if it's not explicitly listed here. §2.5 Refund §2.6 We do not refund and accept any codes sent in the ticket. §2.7 Proof of payment and product malfunction is required and must be submitted within 3 Days for every refund. §2.8 Should there be an error on your end we are not responsible. §2.9 No Refund if Products get revoked or removed. §3 Products which are reselled can not be refunded. §3.1 Should you pass our products on to others, you will be banned immediately and your products will be revoked.
